[flexy_breadcrumb] Chaiseph\’s Chai Pancakes (Vegan) We love pancakes and for us they simply belong to a good brunch. So #pancakesunday is not uncommon for us. And because we succeed so well, we would like to share our absolute favorite recipe with you here. You need: 200ml oat drink (or another plant drink of your choice) 15g CHAISEPH 150g flour 1 packet of vanilla sugar 2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 tbsp sunflower oil 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp sugar (optional) Directions: Put the CHAISEPH in a saucepan together with the oat milk and bring it to the boil a total of 3 times. Pour tea mixture through a sieve and allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the finished CHAISEPH Drink and stir well with a whisk. Heat oil, margarine, or ghee (not vegan) in a pan and add 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. Fry until golden brown on both sides, serve with maple syrup and fruit of your choice (our tip is berries and banana). Enjoy! Let us know when you try it out! Chaiseph\’s Vegan Chia Pudding (Vegan Chai Chai Pudding)
[flexy_breadcrumb] Chaiseph\’s Vegan Chia Chai Pudding We are totally in love with chia pudding ♡. Not only because these small superfood seeds are full of health benefits, but also because they are simply tasty in the right combination as a pudding and thus enhance every breakfast. You can top your muesli with it, or simply enjoy your chia pudding with fruit, fruit puree or yoghurt, just as you like. Chia pudding is super easy to make and makes everyone happy in combination with chai 🙂 You need: 200ml coconut milk from a can 15g CHAISEPH (goes vegan with our Vegan Blend or Canadian Blend) 200ml water 30g chiaseeds Directions: Boil 15g sticky chai with 200ml coconut milk and 200ml water, then let it sit for about 5-10 minutes Pour the mixture through a sieve into a container and mix with 30g chia seeds → stir well.
