Chaiseph's Vegan Chia Chai Pudding

We are totally in love with chia pudding ♡.

 

Not only because these small superfood seeds are full of health benefits, but also because they are simply tasty in the right combination as a pudding and thus enhance every breakfast.

 

You can top your muesli with it, or simply enjoy your chia pudding with fruit, fruit puree or yoghurt, just as you like.

 
 
 
 

Chia pudding is super easy to make and makes everyone happy in combination with chai 🙂

 

You need:

  • 200ml coconut milk from a can
  • 15g CHAISEPH (goes vegan with our Vegan Blend or Canadian Blend)
  • 200ml water
  • 30g chiaseeds
 



 
 
 
 
 
 

Directions:

  1. Boil 15g sticky chai with 200ml coconut milk and 200ml water, then let it sit for about 5-10 minutes
  2. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a container and mix with 30g chia seeds → stir well.
  3. Stir again after 10 minutes and another 10 minutes.
  4. Seal the jar and place in the fridge overnight.
  5. Enjoy!
