Chaiseph's Chai Pancakes (Vegan)

We love pancakes and for us they simply belong to a good brunch.

So #pancakesunday is not uncommon for us.

And because we succeed so well, we would like to share our absolute favorite recipe with you here.
 

You need:

  • 200ml oat drink (or another plant drink of your choice)
  • 15g CHAISEPH
  • 150g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. Put the CHAISEPH in a saucepan together with the oat milk and bring it to the boil a total of 3 times.
  2. Pour tea mixture through a sieve and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add the finished CHAISEPH Drink and stir well with a whisk.
  5. Heat oil, margarine, or ghee (not vegan) in a pan and add 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.
  6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, serve with maple syrup and fruit of your choice (our tip is berries and banana).
  7. Enjoy!
